Cynthia Karube-Spangler - Owner/Trainer

 

 An ACE Personal Trainer and certified in Pilates, Yoga, Tai Chi 
and Group Exercise, Cynthia has been personal training for over 17 years. Health and wellness IS her passion, specializing in restorative

and conditioning coaching.

 

  A  grandmother of 4, with plans to see THEIR children, she enjoys

cooking, trying new recipes, researching the latest in health and

wellness, plus travel, the mountains and studying her Bible. 

  Since her early teens Cynthia struggled with her own weight.

"I weighed nearly 200 lbs more than once"!  She says, "I tried every

trending diet out there, one after the other, with no lasting results.

Frustrated and in my 40's I finally hired a personal trainer and got
educated".
In fact, it changed her life so much that Cynthia became
a personal trainer herself, "...to help others like me get their bodies 
back and get comfortable in their own skin again. I love this stuff!"

Ashley Fultz - Personal Trainer/Boot Camp Instructor

 

  A NESTA Personal Trainer and Life Weight Management Specialist,

Ashley has over 10 years in the fitness industry. Ashley personally

knows exactly what it takes to get the healthy and fit body YOU

want!  A young wife and mother, after giving birth, Ashley lost over 

100 pounds herself! She knows first hand just how important good 

nutrition is and the power it has to change your body and your life. 

 

  Experienced in training individuals of all ages and fitness levels, her driving passion is helping you reach your fitness goals!
